GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

1. Purpose

These conditions govern sales made on the UNFILTERED SOCIETY website.

2. Products

The products offered are print-on-demand clothing.

Each item is produced specially after order confirmation.

The visuals presented are non-contractual. Slight color variations may exist.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes.

UNFILTERED SOCIETY reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

4. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.

Once validated, the order cannot be modified.

5. Payment

Payment is secured via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other methods offered on the site.

6. Delivery

Products are manufactured on demand.

The estimated shipping time is 3 to 5 business days, excluding exceptional periods.

UNFILTERED SOCIETY cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

However, in the event of a defective product or printing error, the customer has 14 days to contact customer service.

8. Liability

UNFILTERED SOCIETY cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

9. Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.

Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction.
